Notice is hereby given that the third annual ordinary general meeting of the company will be held at the WINTER GARDENS, Morecambe, on Wednesday the 27th day of December 1899 at half-past two o’clock in the afternoon precisely, to receive and consider the Directors’ Report and Statement of Accounts, to appoint Directors and Auditors, and for the transaction of the ordinary business of the Company.

The Morecambe Winter Gardens

Dear Sir (or Madam).
I beg to give you notice that the FOURTH ANNUAL ORDINARY GENERAL MEETING of the Morecambe Winter Gardens Company Limited will be held at the Winter Gardens, Morecambe on Saturday, the Eighth Day of December 1900, at 3 o’clock in the afternoon.
The Petition of Mr. Raistrick Law has been dismissed by consent, but the Manager and Receiver appointed by the Lancashire Court of Chancery on behalf of the Debenture holders is still in possession of the whole of the Company’s Assets.
The Meeting being held fur is only called in accordance with the Section 49 of the Companies Act 1862. A further meeting will be called as many as the Directors are enabled for the purpose of dealing with the General Business of the Company, including the Balance-Sheet.
